Spicy Edamame Dressing
It's so difficult to find a good salad dressing! It's like they're always full of oil and other unhealthy ingredients, which is why I've created this beautiful zingy dressing. It's whole food plant-based and oil-free, and filled with healthy goodness - and tastes great too!
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 - 2 jalapeno chilli depending on desired spice
- 1 cup edamame frozen and shelled
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Get the ingredients together.
- Add everything to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
- Use as a zingy salad dressing. Enjoy!

So delicious. I only used one chilli but is definitely going to be a regular in my fridge.
