
Green Glow Smoothie
This smoothie is simply amazing when you need a healthy pick-me-up. It's absolutely overloaded with nutrients and tastes great!Fresh pineapple works best if available, but in a pinch frozen (or even canned) can also work in the off-season.

- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple or frozen
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 tsp fresh mint
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 1/2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp matcha powder
Instructions
- Prep the pineapple if using fresh. Wash the lime and zest it, juice the lemon. Wash the spinach and mint, pat dry. Peel the ginger.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water to get your desired consistency.
- Pour over ice and serve immediately.
