Chocolate Coconut Yogurt

Plant-based food doesn't have to be complex and these days we have conveniences to help save us time in the kitchen. Take this recipe as an example - buy some plain coconut yoghurt, flavour it and you're done. Slap it over granola or fruit salad for breakfast. Add it in place of ice-cream in desserts. Or eat it as a snack, as is!

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk


  • 2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup Almonds chopped


  • In a bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Whisk together until evenly combined.
  • Divide evenly into bowls and top with strawberries and almonds. Enjoy!
