Banana Nice Cream
This wonderful recipe is so ridiculously simple it almost feels like cheating!Pre-freeze your bananas and you could have a healthy and delicious ice cream substitute in less time than a trip to the store.
- 2 Bananas frozen
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Break (or slice) frozen banana into pieces, then place in a food processor with the vanilla essence.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- Place in an air-tight container in the freezer to firm up for at least 25 minutes before serving.
