Banana Nice Cream

This wonderful recipe is so ridiculously simple it almost feels like cheating!
Pre-freeze your bananas and you could have a healthy and delicious ice cream substitute in less time than a trip to the store.

  • Blender


  • 2 Bananas frozen
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Break (or slice) frozen banana into pieces, then place in a food processor with the vanilla essence.
  • Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Place in an air-tight container in the freezer to firm up for at least 25 minutes before serving.
