Apple Pie Smoothie

As American as apple pie, so the saying goes... but have you ever tried it as a smoothie? This recipe is a bit out there, but we think you'll love it just as much as we do!

  • 2 Apples cored
  • 2 Medjool Dates pitted
  • 1/4 cup Wholegrain Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1 cup Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1/2 cup Plain Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • pinch Ground Cardamom
  • 6-8 Ice Cubes

Topping Ideas

  • Toasted Muesli
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Coconut Whipped Cream


  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and to your desired consistency.
  • Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle with some cinnamon, coconut flakes and add a cinnamon stick. Drink immediately.
