Did you know that you can prevent and reverse heart disease through diet? My special guest was lucky enough to stumble across this information, which he says saved his life.

At age 58, Grant was rushed to hospital with a heart attack and was told he needed open heart surgery. By chance, he discovered the power of diet which reversed his condition. He was shocked that this information was not more widely known.

Grant was inspired to make a documentary – The Big Fat Lie – which details his journey back to health through following a whole food plant-based diet. It follows his  quest for answers as to why government and medical guidelines don’t promote the use of such a diet given the evidence to support it.
