My 10th podcast episode is also my veganversary! I’m celebrating 15 years of living a vegan life and sharing with you the ten things I wish someone had told me before getting started.

Whether you’re plant-curious, at the very beginning of your journey or even part-way along I hope that this honest share inspires and motivates you along your path.

    Love —Tass

    • Hey Tass, if you’re looking to go clean and feel clean inside you should try out a whole food plant-based (WFPB) diet – I believe it can accomplish exactly what you’re hoping for.

I think the best place to start would be to try it out! We recently ran a “Better Body Challenge” where one of the goals was to introduce participants to WFPB cooking (and eating!). We’re not planning to run it again for a while, but if you like I could e-mail you the pdf containing all the recipes? Let me know!
